It's strange.
Please open CH_MainForm.aspx and find the following code:
<img title="CuteChat" src="<%=ChatWebUtility.LogoUrl %>">
And manully change it to the some URL (http://cutesoft.net/data/livesupport_round.gif)
Then test again.

If it works, login as admin, choose the configuration tab >> Type this Url in the "Logo Url " field.
