    3. REMOVE the EasyHttpZipModule entry in your web.config.
     
    <add name="CuteSoft.Chat" type="CuteSoft.Chat.EasyHttpZipModule,CuteSoft.Chat" />

    The EasyHTTPZipModule does not exist in my web.config folder.
