Using version 3.0, with smartnavigation enabled, after postback, the editor does not respond to editing commands. It does respond to the "normal", "html", and "preview" commands on the bottom bar. Once one of these is clicked, everything workds normally.

 

Of course, if the bottom bar is not enabled, the user has no remedy.
