i am trying to find a program which i can intagrate in to microsoft office communicator for live chat support..my target is to let workers reach my support team via a live chat button which i will integrate in to office communicator 2005. The workers will use the office communicator for live chat support and my support team will use a program like cute live support for que processing and handling etc...is this possible? or is there anyone who can help me out?
