It didn't work for me even with images when i tried:

 editor.RemoveServerNamesFromUrl = true
 editor.EnableAntiSpamEmailEncoder = false
 editor.UseRelativeLinks= false

 

i had to go into browse_img.asp and browse_img_gallery.asp and add in my base url for the parent.row_click event
