I've picked up the new dll and now when I switch to German I get this - the previously translated labels are now in English (note the OK button is correct) and the previously missing ones have braces around them.

 

 

(I also note the that language files in this release are very limited (ie the Button section only) and are all in English regardless of the language file.  I have an earlier version of these files that have a lot more in them so this is just FYI.)
