Why do uploaded files have 'nobody' as the owner

    Why do uploaded files have 'nobody' as the owner

    I have the pathing set correctly and can upload files.
     
    Problem is the file owner is set to 'nobody' and CHMOD is 755 thus I cannot modify it (filename or CHMOD) via Cute Editor or CuteFTP in anyway or even delete it.
     
    How can I upload files and have the owner set to what I want it to be?
