I cannot seem to get the spell checker to work with CuteEdit 6.1.0.0

 

I have placed the NetSpell.SpellChecker.dll and the en-US.dic in my application's bin folder. 

I have added  <add key="DictionaryFolder" value="~/bin" />  to my web.config

When I click on the spell check button the spellcheck window opens and hangs with loading....

 

 

What am I missing?
