It appears that if your editor is somewhere below the top of the browser, if you click on one of the buttons that pulls up the modal window, the semi-transparent background that pulls up doesn't move down with the browser window.  You only see the bottom half of the background.  Can an onScroll event be put on the editor so that when someone scrolls down and then opens a modal window that the background covers the new area of the browser window?
