When a new version is released? Wath is new in new version? Wath is changed? Wath is the bugs fixeds?

I discovered the editor export to pdf by forum, you think this is good?

Is not possible to retest "blind" all features at any implementation. Is not possible we don't know if a important bug is fixed.
