I think you are right .
CuteChat2 use sql expression CONVERT(DATETIME,'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss') as the datetime .
Maybe that would not works on other server that specify another datetime format .

Has lead the test:
Has changed a system format of date of time on' yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss'
But it there is nothing has not resulted, the mistake on former is saved (a computer did not reload, that it was not required)...
