While I think this product is great, I feel like I'm in the twilight zone in this forum.

 

The developers seem to speak broken english and even some of the posts from customers I can barely understand.  I would recommend to cutesoft that you get someone with very good communication skills to answer support questions on your behaf.  It would go a long way towards improving your well written product.

 

Oh and one more suggestion.  Don't be pressured to release stuff before it's ready just cause people are asking for it.  Or at least call it a beta at first.  As you can see you've got some frustrated people.
