Is there any other documentation on the AJAX implementation?  I've looked at the code on the sample and it looks like there are a few scripts that need to be linked to, is that it?  I am still getting the same error with the few scripts added.  Also, the AJAX demo on your website does not work in Firefox for me.  It brings up the editor box without any icons and is not active.  Any documentation would be appreciated.
