Does the ability exist to load the CE on demand?  I have several different editors on the same page, and they take a good 45 seconds to load (they are in a gridview).  I only want to load them if a link is clicked in a certain cell, I don't want to load them all at once everytime a post back occurs.  I thought the ability to load on demand was available?  I've removed toolbar items as well to no avail.
