Although Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) is still a public beta, I have been testing it with an app I am developing that uses Cute Editor.  The Box Formatting button, brings up a popup window, however the content is empty and it hangs IE9. In compatability mode, it works, but shows horrible looking drop downs that take up much of the space.
