Is there a way to implement 50% transparency, rounded corner, text boxes that can be created and then positioned anywhere atop an image in Normal Cute Editor mode (i.e. without the user having to know anything about HTML mode)?  I would also want the user to be able to re-edit the page, click on one of the text boxes, and then move it to a new location on the page (or even re-size the box).

Is there a way to do this using the standard buttons and related features in CE?
