Dear transresult,

I tested http://cutesoft.net/example/Auto-Adjusting-Height.aspx in IE9, it works fine on my end.

You can follow steps:

1. Open http://cutesoft.net/example/Auto-Adjusting-Height.aspx

2. Remove all content in editor area

3. Input several lines, you will find the editor height will be changed automatically.
