    Frequent disconnects

    Our sales department are reporting a lot of disconnects, which is problematic in itself. But also when they disconnect and come back on, they can't tell who they've invited to chat and who they haven't. Is there a way to increase the timeout delay, do any of you know what might be going on? Our network is generally quite stable.
