After making the change to dynamic decompression of IIS on the server, and running Windows Update there, getting the new wireless N card for the newer comp and running IE 9 on the newer computer, the load time is great.

Now the question remains from the Cute Editor, and probably has it's own thread, why are my page properties not being retained. I check a background color while the page properties menu is up and in the editor it changes color but saving and calling up the page yields no result in MS IE 9 or Firelfox, nothing is retained.
