Juan, It's caused by Flash 10 behavior. Flash 10 will block the file browse dialog in some situations. When it happens, Ajax Uploader displays the above image and allows the users click this button again.

Which version of Ajax Uploader are you using? Can you reproduce this issue in the following example? 2. Selecting multiple files for upload Ajax Uploader 2.0 allows you to select multiple files and upload multiple files at once.
