Yup, that sample is indeed read only - so I wasnt able to edit anything. The problem is if an editor that was readonly on page load (not postback) and then readonly is set to =''false'' afterwards. I could edit except clicking on the font color and background doesnt change the highlighted text.

  • Re: Disabling editor on client

It worked on the first try but I note that when I first went into the page the editor was not readonly (the radio button was on true, but I could type in text in the editor itself). I then clicked on false, then true then false again, and I could type in text, but selecting a word and then clicking on the font color or background color ...

I tried the sample from the link and it reproduces my problem exactly. Click on the ''False'' radio button to disable readonly. Then double click on the word ''type'' to highlight it. Clicking either the font color or the font background color button doesnt affect the text (i.e. the text is not set to red and the background is ...

  • Enabled property not working?

I have created a page with the cutesoft editor and set the enabled property to false on page load. The font dropdowns in the toolbar are greyed out but the other buttons are still selectable, and I can still enter text in the text are itself. I note that I am using ver 5.1.

  • Default font not showing in HTML?

I have a page that uses the cutesoft editor to create a simple web page. When a user types text in the editor without specifying any format changes e.g. just types in some text without setting the font name (e.g. times new roman), then the characters are displayed in the default font assigned to the editor (in my case verdana) which ...

  • File types / extensions allowed as attachments

I have an editor set to allow documents and images as attachments. It allows *.doc files to be attached, but not pdf, etc etc. That is fine. My question is can I have a list of which types of files are allowed as attachments? Thanks a lot.
