  • livesupport operator doesn't use a single session?

    Anyone else notice that it shows up as a bunch of users in Performance Monitor (add monitor of anonymous users).&nbsp; Looks like it jumps up by 7 users when you log into the livesupport operator client...If it returns all the cookies properly (using the same ASPXSession cookie), it should show up as a single user to IIS/ASP.Net...

    Not sure this helps, but in the CuteChatUser table, the logged in users to the web site do show up.&nbsp; Looks like this is a table of all visitor names that show up on the site and are logged by the cutechat javascript code.However, their sessions don't show up in the CuteSupportCustomer table.&nbsp; I think this causes them to not show up to ...

  • looks like the live support operator can't deal w/ commas in cookie values
