we are getting the following error when we tried uploading the project in our server

I'm getting the same error. I swithed from local host to my static IP, i don't know if this is the cause, can you tell me what to do.  

Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed : String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.Retry
