You mean you actually got it to work? I have been trying to get the messenger to work in the CSK environment and get errors when I try to add a contact. The last word I had from "support" was "...I'll get back to you..."--over week ago! I have posted several comments to my post asking "...anything yet..." and haven't gotten any replies.
Good luck in getting an answer to your problems. Apparently, support for their products isn't a high priority.
