Are there any DNNN 3.21 compatibility issues?

I just installed CuteChat with DNN 3.1x integration. I have the module created and an instance on the main page. However, when I open the test lobby I created, I can't chat in it. At the bottom of the browser, it says "Done, but with errors". The error is:
Line 249
Char: 9153

"ChatService is null or not an object"

help.

I found the problem. I was using ASP.NET 2.0. I switched to ASP.NET 1.1 and it worked.

I have this same issue. I get the following error:

"ChatService is null or not an object"

But I am running .NET Framework 1.1 SP1.

We can't use Cutechat on our external website--it just gives that error all the time and thus we can't use it. Running the following:

Windows 2000 SP4 (latest hotfixes and critical updates)

SQL 2000 SP4

DNN 3.1.1

Cutechat 2.1 for DNN 3.1

Can anyone shed light to this please?

What kind of error message did you receive?

Is your site online so you can provide a URL?

Your help would definitely be appreciated. It sits there and just says its 'connecting to server' after about 5 minutes, it errors out with 'is null or not an object'. If you click cancel, there is an error on the lower left hand side of the browser and it says 'ChatService is null or not an object'.
