Spacing between images (XHTML)

I'm encountering a problem with inserting images. When I place 2 images next to eachother on the page and submit it, CuteEditor places a space between the two IMGtags, resulting in a space between the images in IE.

The Editor produces XHTML-output, i tried this example: http://cutesoft.net/example/xmloutput.aspx and the problen occurs here as well.

Is there a way to fix this and keep the XHTML-output?

Can you post the XHTML code it created?

I made a test and got the following result:

It doesn't contain any space between the images.

If you select the code, you will see an empty character after the first IMGtag. This results in a space.

You can see that also when you select both images in the output

did you see the problem occurs on the demo as well?

I wondered if anyone had taken the time to take a look at this particular problem. It's a shame that while generating Xhtml, additional unexpected (non)characters are added

I found this posting: http://www.cutesoft.net/forums/9033/ShowPost.aspx

and I tried to add to add DisableAutoFormatting = "true", but this setting has no result.

I also tried the examples in that post and the problem occurs in those examples as well

it works fine with: Editor.Text

but goes wrong if i change it into: Editor.XHTML
