Could anyone tell me where I can read about using templates?

I want to load a template into cuteEditor when it is loaded, how do i do that?

What are non editable zones? I have tried the demo on the this site, and i think it's possible to edit everything in the examples

The templates are the static html files with the predefined html code.

You can use the Editor.LoadFile Method ( Loads the contents of a file into the CuteEditor control)

string FileData = editor1.LoadFile("~/doc/mtText.html");

The user can't change the content of non editable zones. But the user does can delete it.
