Live Help - Operators?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could look to find out how to assign an existing user the privilages to respond to live help chats. Eg. Is there an aspx page I can manually load to check a box somewhere? Or even easier, can I just modify the database data in some way?

If you are using the sample project, you can add the admin in the web.config file.
