My editor loads very slow in "default" mode.  Is there anything that can be done to speed up?  I have latest ASP version.

I have the same issue.  Is there an answer to this question.  I am also using the latest ASP version of  CuteEditor.  Please let me know at your ealiest convenient.

By default, the Cute Editor loads all the functions, toolbars and menus. Most of our clients don't use the default configuration and the speed can be improved by disabled some buttons. Please check the article in the developer guide: How to change the layout of the toolbars?

 

 

Thank you for your reply.  We have done just that, we have remove some if the toolbar icon, but it is still slow loading up.  Is there a way to open the editor in a preview mode initially and then after the editor has performed the draw() then change it to Normal mode?.  I am hoping this will speed up the initial draw of the editor.

I recently had a simular issue.  The development enviroment was not clustered and the production was.  When we moved it to production the editor was loading in about one and half minutes.  It turned out that in the editor.config there was a switch "MultipleServerMode" and it was set to false.  We have set it to true and it is now loaded normally.
