I have been successfull in disabling the Context Menu in the editor area, but am struggling with disabling the left mouse click context menu on a html selector. e.g. <P> int he editor tray when an area in the editor has been selected.

 

Also, I have cleared the Context Menu configuration file and there are still items in this Context Menu. Where are they comming from?

Editor.ShowTagSelector Property

Specifies whether quick tag selector toolbar appear.

I'm disappointed to see that is how it is done.

Is there another way? I like the tag selector a lot!

And, where does the context menu get built from? A config file somewhere?

Can the context feature be disabled and still allow the tag selector to select contained text?

Context menu is only available when right-click in editor.

 

If you want to disable the context menu, please set the following property to "none".

 

There is a context menu available on the tag selector in the tray when the tag selector is enabled. OR do you call it something else.

I'm talking about the <P> in the tray, when it is LEFT mouse clicked a [context menu] pops up. Maybe you call it something else.

This is to which I am now refering.

Is there a way to have the <P> selector and not have the menu?

It's part of tag selector. Without this feature, tag selector is useless.

 

Okay. I'll have to disable it. There are formatting options on the tag selector menu that I don't want certain users to have access to. Want to maintain site design integrity.
