Hi there.

Im using the demo of this great editor.

I'm new to it but really like it.

I'm using it for testing with an access db.

There is one problem and that is if I use the example code an post an update to the db the db is left open.

This kills the "site" if I try to get info from the db from another page.

I'm testing with mixed pages of dotnet and old asp.

 

Hope someone can help me solve this problem.

Have you closed the connection?

 

OleDbConnection myConnection = new OleDbConnection();
  myConnection.ConnectionString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=" + Context.Server.MapPath("../uploads/Northwind.mdb") + ";";
  myConnection.Open();

Hi Adam and thanks for your fast reply.

Yes I'm using your code and the connection is closed just as in your example.

Its strange and the db is open till the session is closed after about 20 minutes.

If I access it from another clasic asp page there is no problems.
