Currently in a chat, the person's name shows up centered to the text they enter.  How can I make the name show up at the top of the text that they enter?

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\Script\ChatUI.js and add the following code in line 1780:

 

td.style.verticalAlign="top";

 

Hope it helps.

I've added that line of code to 1780 and it still doesn't work.  I also looked through and added that line other places and it still doesn't take.  Can you confirm it fixes it on your side again?
