Client side firewall block Uploading process because of non-ASCII characters in HTTP header

hi
For some of our client those who are using latest firewall (like ) are not able to upload file properly. they can able to select the file but on click of submit button it hang. we got some information from there network people.
it seems that the problem related to handling non-ASCII characters in HTTP header.
one of our client uses the "FireWall One" and they are accepting only ascii header in their firewall setting.
Our network people solve the problem by uncheck the setting “use only ascii header” in firewall setting. But we can't force our clients to remove this as its not a proper solution for this problem.
Some more new firewall like Cisco IOS Firewall offers a threat control foundation to deploy secure access .... maximum header-line length, non-ascii headers, or duplicate header ...
i hope this above functionality will help you resolve the problem.
its very very critical for us. waiting for your respond

Hi,
We are investigating on it and will get back to you ASAP.
We don't send non-ascii to header,
Can you also whether that users can upload only-ascii files or not ?
Regards,
Terry
