I have a screen shot from a user trying to upload a document the get about half way through the download and a error alert popups up and says

 

Serverside exception : failed to upload "Name of the file"

 

system.exception: file not exists!

   at Cutewebui.uploadmodule.handleaddonupload(httpcontext context)

Does that error always occur for that document ?
