One of our clients called today to report that that editor was not loading, after some screensharing I was able to confirm that it was not loading for one of the users. He is running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8, but it seems to be an isolated case in the office as the other computers, for the ones that were checked, load the editor well enough. In this case, a simple text area is loaded instead and the HTML code is populated into it, but there are no tool bars, nothing just a basic textarea. Any idea on what could be the case? Could it be some setting in his browser or what have you? Please let me know. Much obliged.
