randomly appearing issues

I'm having issues getting this newest version to work. 80% of the time I try to access a page with an editor, the page loads except for the drop down menus in the editor. When I rollover the editor I get the hand icon with a circle with a slash through it and I cannot write or do anything with the editor. It's happened on both Firefox and IE8. It happens on the demo and it happens on this message field when I try to write a post. I noticed that it only happens when I get the following javascript error messgage:

The wierd thing is it only happens some (well, most) of the time. But if I refresh enough it goes away sometimes? If I don't see the error it works. If I see the error, it doesn't work. Any thoughts?

Yea, I just went to http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx and it gave me the following error and I wasn't able to write anything in the editor box. I just had a hand with a cirlce with a line through it icon. It looked like all the editor icons showed up, but the drop downs didn't show up. Then, when I came to the forum to add this post, it did the same thing. I had to refresh a couple times to get it to let me write in here. I'm using IE8 with Windows Vista. Here's the javascript error I get:

Also, the AJAX feature does not work in Firefox. Verified on your demo as well.

I'm experiencing the same issues, both in my website as well as this page. When I tried to reply to this post, I got the error message. One thing I found in common betweein my end user (the one complaining about the issue) and my problem is that we both are using the same browser, IE 8. The "funny" thing is, that the error is random. If you get the error message and refresh the page a few times, it will finally enable the control and will let you type.

Hi,

Can you check this url ?

I think the userAgent is modify by network proxy..

Please visit it using Firefox , and then visit it using IE8 (to test proxy or cache reason)

It appears I no longer get the issue when I go to the demo site, however I just downloaded the latest version and I still get the same error on my site after I installed it. I only get the error now when I use IE8. Here's the error I get in IE8:

Shouldn't it be using the ie_loader file? Was the file I downloaded the correct version?

That is exactly the problem, do you by chance have google frame installed? CuteEditor is selecting the wrong loader based on chrome being installed. Just figured this out after days of work.

Try uninstalling, it should work fine.

Looks good so far, I have google chrome frame installed and have not seen any error messages. I will continue testing throughout the week. Thanks!

This does not seem to be loading properly still. I have chrome disabled now, however the vertical scroll bar is disappearing and the "normal" "html" and "preview" icons are not accessible in IE.

I have attached a screenshot.

Before I create any pages, here are some statistics performed around the office regarding this problem:

1) IE8 - 64 Bit - Looks Good

2) IE8 - 32 Bit - Looks Good

3) IE8 - 32 Bit - (Had Chrome BHO installed and then uninstalled) - Displays Incorrectly

IE8 - (Same machine as above) - Compatibility Mode - Looks Good

4) IE7 - 32 Bit - Displays Incorrectly

Hopefully we can start with this information and narrow down the problem. Would the type of CSS on the page have any impact on CuteEditor?
