Hi Team,

Will be great if you can provide the steps to configure Cute Chat Loadbalancing on SharePoint Server Farm

It will be great if you can let me know the settings in Client and Chat Server

Do we need to copy all the files in Client and Chat Server ?

What are the configuration need to be done in web.config of Client and Chat Server ?

What type of authentication has to be configured in the Chat Server ?

Does the Chat Server requires SharePoint Installation

1. Please download the integrate package below and reference to the document in the package to integrate with sharepoint

Hi Ken,

Thanks for your reply.

But in the guide it never mentioned what are the files needed to be put in the chat server

and what are the settings for global.asax.

My Chat Server does not have sharepoint installed. Is it required ?

If i deploy the files to the Chat Server, i hit error bcos the global.asax contains reference to Sharepoint apis

The guide never mention what authentication has to be configured for Chat Server (windows or forms)

Kindly Advise
