When the editor area is "full" of content and the scroll bars appear, under ie9 the editor becomes unstable.  The whole window becomes resizeable, almost like using the resize handle on the bottom right of the editor window.

 

I thought it was me but it happens on the demo on your own site as well.

 

This seriously hampers the use of the system.
