All works well but when we access the site via our web-based VPN, we get a License error. Am I able to add an exception for our VPN URL?

Is anyone able to tell me which part of the code deals with "Failed to load uploader license info" as I am needing to disable this while I do some testing.

For the test, I suggest you try use the trial license file, it allow you use on any environment.
