Link dropdown bug!!

Hi,

There seems to be a bug in the way the links dropdown works. When selecting the link that you want to appear it shows the link value rather than the text.

For example, using the link dropdown available when posting this message, if I choose Google.com I would expect to see Google.com as a link; however, this is what I get instead: http://www.google.com.

Please can you advise if there is a fix for this issue or, if not, when you plan to look into it.

It's a known issue. We will resolve it in the next minor release.

When you add a link, you should select/highlight some text, then select from the link dropdown. The link will be yahoo.

If you forget select the text, the CuteEditor will automatically use the link URL as the link text. The link will become http://www.yahoo.com/.

If you just want to insert some links into the CuteEditor and don't need to your end users select any text at all, you should consider use the Code Snippet dropdown instead of the link dropdown.
