Hi,

 

I downloaded the trial version.  I went through some of the demo pages and even pulled some examples from the site.  The problem I am running into is that I am not getting any of the menu to appear even in default mode.  Is there anything extra you need to do to get full menu listed above the editor.

Actually, I got it to work.   For some reason the Tool bars above the edit area were not appearing but I reinstalled the demo again and everything started to work.
