DNN Links bug

If I open an empty post in ActiveForums and try to insert a link from 'Links' nothing happens. When I look into HTML it shows:

If I enter some text and hit the spacebar and then enter a link it works.

Have you updated all the client files when upgrading?

I updated all client files and YES, the same problem occurs in the link you gave me.

You are correct. That's a bug. We've updated the NueEdit31.zip. please download it again.

You only need to replace the following client files:

1. CuteEditor_Gecko.js
2. CuteEditor_Safari.js
3. WinIE.js
4. Gecko_Preview.aspx

That will resolve the problem.

Sorry. The WinIE.js is still the old file.

Please use this instead.

Choose HTML view and delete all content
Switch to Normal view
Insert from Links -> Rich Text Editor for Dotnetnuke links -> Chat integration. The result is:

</div>

Now hit the spacebar and insert from the links dropdown DNN Edit Demo and you will see:

Can you clear your browser cache?

I follow the same steps.

But it works for me.

I browsed to the your test site from a remote location that has never visited your site before and it does not use any proxy or whatever. Still the same problem.

I have cleared the cache of my browser, I have deleted the cache of the ISA Firewall, I have deleted the ISA Firewall cache and rebooted my server and laptop to be 100% sure. It does not work as it supposed to be. If you insert a link it shows sometimes nothing or it shows the URL instead of the text.
