Application Folders & Multiple Programs

I have the Cute Editor files installed in each users folder. It takes awhile to upload each one any time a new version comes out. I have each user folder set as an application folder because they each need to login to their own account.

Is there any way I can somehow make it so they all use one version of Cute Editor?
