unable to do File Transfer for Cute Chat

Hi Administrator,

I am trying to figure out how to do FILE TRANSFER in CUTE CHAT.

For CUTE CHAT ==> Admin configuration page, there is a place I have already set the ALLOW FILE TRANSFER to "TRUE" .

But when i go to the CHAT , and select one of the CHAT LOBBY, there isn't any icons/links for me to click and do FILE TRANSFER to the other chatters in the same CHAT ROOM/LOBBY.

Please advise.

xiuzhen,

When you set it true, the file transfer option is enabled in the Web Messeneger.

For Cute Chat, only admins have the permissions to upload files to chat room.

Hi,

Thanks for the advise.

But I logged in as an administrator and is still unable to see any 'UPLOAD FILE' or 'FILE SHARING' icon even though we'd enabled the 'FILE SHARING' at the Configuration page.

Please advise.

Hi,

Here's a screenshot from the chat screen. We could find any feature on it that have the 'FILE SHARING' feature.

I should be the Admin as I am able to see the Control Panel ==> Admin features.

Please advise. ^_^

Right click In the right panel. You can find the send files button.
