How to hide the animated cutesoft smiley splash with the IM interface pops up

Hi,

I have a fairly serious medical society that really does not care to see cute anything in their interfaces. How can I hide the animated smiley and cutechat thing that shows up when the IM interface initially loads? Thanks.

Can you post this image? I don't know which image you mentioned.

You can modify the image URLs or overwrite the images with your own.
