My page css is interfering with the control

How do I keep my page css from interfering with the look of the buttons on the control. Everything is out of wack the buttons are separated by line spacing and the control does not respond to width and height properties.

Here is a link to the default page which has been changed to use my standard Page css and a width of 400

In the style sheet you are using, you have forced all tables in that page:

table {
width: 778px;
margin: 10px;
}

It caused the problem because CuteEditor also uses the table tag to render in the browser.
