How do I turn off the "entered Site" sound? I only want to hear a sound if a chat is requested or a response has been sent.

Scott,

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\Script\ChatUI.js and find the following code:

if(showjoinleavemsg)
    {
     ChatUI_PlaySound("ChatJoin");
     ChatUI_FocusWindow();
     msgtext=TEXT("UI_USER_"+type,user.DisplayName);
    }

change it to:

if(showjoinleavemsg)
    {
   //  ChatUI_PlaySound("ChatJoin");
     ChatUI_FocusWindow();
     msgtext=TEXT("UI_USER_"+type,user.DisplayName);
    }

That works! Now one more thing with sound.

When a customer want to chat it rings. If a chat is not answered you get a popup later that says customer is waiting. I want the sound to play again so that the operator will be alerted.

YES!

I think we all want that. Not all operators stare at the screen all day.

If they are signed in, they should have an alert that keeps going off (in my opinion) until the timeout is reached. Then it should go to leave a message.
