I'm demoing live support this morning to our line-of-business users and am trying to configure Live Support as closely as I think we'd be likely to use it.
I';ve got it installed and running; i was unable to find the right place to configure operators, but that seems unimportant as I *was* able to log in to the Operator Console. however, I also do not see how to configure departments, and that is something I think we might use.
Here's the content of me left sidebar in the Live Support Admin console:
Getting Started
Configuration
Bad word filter
View/delete/Export log
at the very bottom is a link to CuteChat admin (I understand that both are bundled in the demo). Am I missing a link? Where should I go to configuire departments? Or perhaps that feature is disabled in the demo?
