In Internet explorer 8, url texts are automatically rewritten

www.domain.com > http://www.domain.com/

how can i disable that thing ???

working ok in firefox

This is the IE behaviour. We don't have the solution to turn it off now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

that's really annoying.

Any way to disable the url auto complete totally ?

We don't have the solution to turn it off now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

However you can create your own html filter and remove anything you don't want.

Hi,

Do you mean href ?

if IE do not append http:// , the www.domain.com will become a folder or a file name .

user click the link , will go to http://www.current.com/folder/www.domain.com , which is wrong.
