Flatten a PDF for printing When a PDF form is filled in on screen, some printers and viewers show the fields differently or drop them. Flattening turns the entries into part of the page.
How it works Open the PDF in the PDF Quick Editor. Fill in the form fields. Keep "Flatten the form" ticked and save a copy. Print the saved copy and check the entries before you print the whole batch. What this tool does Flattens the fillable form fields in the PDF, so the entries are printed as part of the page. What it does not do It does not flatten every kind of annotation or comment. Check the printed copy first. A flattened form can no longer be edited. Open the PDF Quick Editor
